Citizen Consumer Parts Portal
This may be of interest to some here, I know it made me happy. Citizen recently launched a consumer accessible parts portal: https://cwaparts.com/

I can tell you it works and is easy to navigate. Better than the previous Citizen Parts page that ended up be a dealer ordering portal and no more waiting for days for an incomplete CS response.
Great for elusive and often too expensive pins and collars, replacement or additional sizing links, etc. If your shopping don't be put off by the initial shipping charge you see, that will get adjusted during checkout. I purchased and adjustable Pro Diver clasp and the initial shipping cost was $13.00, at checkout it became a very reasonable $3.50 and no sales tax on my order!
