Embarrassing short story (USA)

I got caught sneaking fries today at work, I usually work fryer because I’m pretty efficient at it, and everyone once in a while when its slow i use the tongs, drop some fries in my hand, munch, and then immediately wash and get back to work, but my manager saw and awkwardly confronted me. i was so embarrassed because all my managers are awesome so it just made me feel so embarrassed.

Need Help for Quitting Advice from Management or long time employees (USA)

Okay so this goes back to earlier this summer (late may), I needed a summer job, I kept getting interviews but they seemed to never talk to me or call back when I told them that I would be returning back to school, (I get it), but working over the summer is how I pay for my tuition and in previous summers employers had absolutely no issues with that. But since this job search was getting literally impossible (100+ applications, 8 interviews that never called back), I applied to McDonalds and told them that I dropped out and that I planned in staying for the foreseeable future. I was almost instantly hired, but I have to go back to school in Late August, the hiring manager seemed to have only hired me because of my availability. I have to quit, but I seriously love all of my managers and coworkers, how do I quit in a way that will minimize damage for my coworkers and myself? Before I get attacked for this, I know it was wrong, but if I didn’t do this I wouldn’t be able to go to school.
