I'm hoping that someone has has experience doing similar and can answer the below so I know whether I'll be wasting my time or not.

1. I earn over 100k but salary sacrifice to approx 99k for tax efficiency. Would this stop me qualifying for the bonus or is it just the 15k paid in within 90 days they look for?

2. Can I do a bank switch with a secondary current account I have, rather than my main one, then transfer my salary from main current account into the natwest one? Or does the money have to be paid directly from my employer?
