Hi guys! My boyfriend proposed to me and I accepted. Thinking of getting him an engagement gift and possibly proposing to him back with a higher-end guitar.

Thinking of getting him a Takamine but not sure which model. I have no idea whether acoustic or acoustic-electric is better either. My budget is in the 50k range :) thank you so much!

Most of the companies I applied for “require” this at the final stage, before making an offer, and I HATE it.

I’m trying to push back, but has anyone gone through this and successfully withheld their previous compensation AND still got the job offer?
