Cover a tattoo without feeling stifled?

I go to a hot yoga studio in Japan and was told recently by an instructor that the small tattoo on the lower part of the back of my neck has to be covered.
It’s a tattoo I got at 17 of an octopus. It’s my only tattoo and unfortunately, with the tops that I like to wear to hot yoga, you can see it. Most places usually have signage saying no tattoos and I guess no one else ever noticed it so I had no idea until this instructor said something after class.
I wear regular leggings or small flare leggings but find that having my arms and back covered up during hot yoga is uncomfortable for me. Any tops you recommend that cover the lower back of my neck but are still pretty light on coverage otherwise? Thank you!

Got the closest shave ever thanks to this group

Been shaving my head close to a decade but never skin bald. I was always afraid to use a razor or anything else to get a closer shave. Read through posts in this group and got the closest shave I’ve ever attempted. Thank you, I love it!

Results from Ascend/Forged

I know people often ask to see results, and that is very individual and can vary greatly! But, I wanted to share the muscle growth I achieved from Ascend and Forged. I started Ascend last year. At the beginning of this year I switched to Forged. I have never been athletic or fit or strong to be honest, just slim. I was a very studious kid in high school but I avoided sports like the plague 😩. In college I started going on hikes but nothing crazy athletic. I got married, had two kids, and found myself gaining a lot of weight. I went to my doctor for bloodwork and was told I was showing slight insulin resistance. Name the chronic illness and I can list people in my family that have them. I did not want that for myself. 2 years ago this journey started with me just wanting to lose weight to me wanting to put on more muscle, get stronger, and feel more athletic. I started running with a local run group in my town, I started swim lessons, and I started Ladder. I seriously tracked my food using a scale. That was a huge part that I think sometimes people leave out. I had to change my entire relationship with food!
I’ve been called fit, athletic, strong, both of my boys are always so amazed and tell their friends that their mom is so strong. I never in my life would’ve described myself this way and now at 33 years old I feel the strongest I have in my entire life! Got bloodwork last month and I am happy to share everything looks excellent.
