Hello friends. I’m looking to get a few dozen sugar cookies made and get an actual picture iced on them. Does anybody have any recommendations of a bakery that does this. Thank you all very much.

I just accepted the order and the customer wants me to add an item because they can’t. What ever. It’s a 19 item shop, low mileage, decent pay. But then the first two items are out of stock. Then another two. Not finding 4 out of 19 items is a ratings killer - so I unassigned and just walked away from my cart. Have you ever done this? Should I feel bad?

4 shops have made it to my area. What the actual fuck. Disgusting!

I had a customer report that 4 of their items were missing. 4! I am 100% confident that is a big fat lie. I just called support and they seemed sympathetic. They said they know that customers lie sometimes. When I asked how long it would take to review this, I was told I should get an email in 24 hours or so.

Have you gone through something similar? What was the outcome? I know this will drop off after 40 more orders, but that means I will not be a Pro Shopper for 39 more orders, which in my market makes a big difference. I AM SO MAD!

HELP! Any advice on what I should do?
