Hi. I’m 31 and have had major health challenges in the past (cancer, surgeries, etc) as well as childhood & relationship trauma.

I was scrolling Facebook and came across Re Precision Health. Anyone here has tried out their retreats? How did you like it?

I’d love to go to Portugal as I’ve travelled to Mexico before but I’m mainly looking for nervous system reset, REST, connecting with myself, emotional/hormonal reset, good vibes etc. I’d really like to spend the time and money on myself for my birthday this year and give myself something worthwhile.

I’d be traveling solo. Feel free to suggest other retreats as well. Thank you!
