Need help / advice 25M stuck on dead end gov “soft dev” job Canada

My life has turned into hell ever since I realized I might be stuck here in a hub job in Canada forever if I don’t live right now but my skills have deteriorated , my soft dev job is barely a tech job (it’s pays avg) it’s mostly architecture documentation hell and I am sick of it. I feel so irrelevant .

I’m 25m have student debt, and family financial commitment . Single and don’t plan on marrying as I’m in full depression and can’t sleep and obsessing over future .

Should I do master in finance or MBA and try to pivot my career altogether I would be willing to start at bottom . There is no growth where I currently am and I also don’t think there is growth in software industry as whole unless it’s big tech . Basically I now understand that tech is a Kia white collar labour job.
Please give me advice

From Canada. Need realistic suggestion and advice

25M
I have a 3.2 ish gpa from a Canadian Uni (non target) in computer science . I currently work in a gov as a software developer. While I love my job I want to try to make a pivot into something else that has a more upward trajectory eventually . As of right now the upward trajectory is very slow.
If I can get a very high gmat focus score and use my manager to fluff up the recommendation letters and and have good essay that tells that I want to make a pivot how realistic is it to get into a M7 or T15 mba in usa it would be a very big leap of faith I’ll have to finance it myself with savings and loans .
My goal with mba is to get a high paying / trajectory career in consulting or finance . My target are CBS and Stern
