Is morning and before bed? Or after lunch too for example?

Would really appreciate knowing what the community here does.

I wish to settle this debate once and for all.

My whole life I hear people debating whether one should be going to the dentist once or twice per year.

So I'm genuinely curious and I don't think there's a better subreddit to ask this for obvious reasons.
