Mom of 2- bag style question! Help me chose something similar to the original

I have a baby and a toddler and love the size and zip closure of the Vera ”original tote”

it has two small and one medium pockets inside but I’m looking for a style with a more pockets.

does that exist? Thank you!

Where to get good furniture?

we got a sectional from Ashley furniture less than two years ago and it is sinking into itself and falling apart.

any suggestions on a store to get furniture that will last?! we want to be able to see their stock in person!!

we don’t want to spend a ton but don’t mind spending a little more for quality

hi all long post ahead but looking for some advice:

In March my husband and I contacted Oakmont remolding for some work in our home. After they did an estimate and inspection we gave them a deposit and then heard nothing from them for weeks. the estimated starting around 4/17. leading up to this my husband called several times to get a timeline as we have one toddler at home and had a baby on the way and really wanted a timeline to plan.

My son then was born 6 weeks early and he just left the NICU on Sunday. while we were in the throws of getting through the NICU my husband kept calling until we finally heard from them that the man who did our estimate no longer works at the company and they wanted to come out and do another estimate. since we were now past our original start time, hadn’t heard from them in weeks, and again taking care of a preemie baby, we requested to rescind our contract and get our money back. oakmont is refusing to refund our deposit, they want to keep at least 10% which is about $1,000. for doing no work. now they are ignoring my husbands emails and phone calls and have our full deposit. This has added enormous stress to our family considering everything else we have going on.

any advice on how to proceed? does anyone have experience with this company?
