Little guy seems to be branded.. maybe it's breeder's origin? Found on potato bag in Wisconsin. Any care or release instructions would be appreciated, I'm completely new to occlupanids.

TL;DR: Have to hold gas pedal in order to start, have to keep gas pressed during the start of drive, usually fine when warmed up. Car rattled and check engine flashed every once in a while (4 ish times) when I pushed the gas during a 1.5hr trip.
I recently bought a beautiful 2007 Saab 9-3 2.0T. It ran great for about a month, and now I'm having problems. Every mechanic I've gone to says something different, I pay them to fix it, and it still runs... bad. Nobody around me knows anything about Saabs, and I'm not much of a mechanic myself. But I will learn if i have to. To start it, I have to push the gas while I turn my key. It works about half the time, and seems to be worse in the cold. Once it actually starts, I HAVE to be pushing the gas or my RPMs drop and I have to pull over to re-start the car. Once the car is warmed up I usually have no problems. The attached video is of my dashboard on my way back from my last mechanic visit, where they INSISTED that my windshield wiper motor was the issue. I told them I don't think that makes sense, since all of my problems seem to be gas-based. They said it was a parasitic battery draw and fixing it would fix my problems. I reluctantly had it fixed, and lo and behold, about halfway home, my car starts RATTLING and my check engine light turns on and starts flashing every time i pushed the gas. If i coasted until the car stopped rattling, everything was fine, and the check engine light turned itself off. It happened about 4 times during my 1.5hr trip home. I have no idea what I'm doing, but if anyone has an idea of what the problem is, I will learn and try. I love this car more than I thought I could love a car. Thanks :)
