Cainiao not redelivering

I purchased an item from aliexpress. On 06/04, Cainiao stated it could not deliver due to incorrect address. This is wrong because I used the same address I've always used on aliexpress and have received multiple packages in the past no problem.

I immediately contacted Cainiao via email and their chat service on their website confirming my address and requesting redelivery. It seems they did not process my redelivery request until 06/08. I contacted Cainiao MULTIPLE times via chat and email regarding redelivery. Cainiao stated to wait 5-7 business days for redelivery which would be 06/17. See screenshot attached of one of the things the Cainiao chat agent told me if I didn't receive my package by 06/17 (First image https://imgur.com/a/HJ0E8oD ) They stated I could return after 06/17 and request documentation.

Unfortunately, in this time, I got impatient and did open a dispute on Aliexpress which was rejected due to insufficient evidence despite me providing multiple screenshots of emails and chat agent conversations showing how many times I requested redelivery from Cainiao but the tracking never moved. Aliexpress said "To support your claim, the evidence should be official documents with a stamp and include information such as: tracking number, address, lost/missing text, signature, date, etc. Since you didn't provide valid official documents, we regret that we cannot support your claim. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thanks for your patience and cooperation on this matter."

I waited until 06/17 and nothing redelivered and the tracking never moved. I contacted Cainiao again via chat and email asking for official documentation and all they're saying is now is they can't escalate unless I wait 3 more business days for redelivery (Second image https://imgur.com/a/HJ0E8oD )

Their email response only stated

"We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by having to reach out to us multiple times regarding this issue. We genuinely appreciate your patience and continued cooperation throughout this process. Please know that we take your situation very seriously.

I have thoroughly documented all the details and escalated your case with priority to the relevant team. They are working diligently to expedite the verification and resolution. Rest assured, we will keep a close eye on the status of your parcel and will update you as soon as we have more information."

I've received this response in the past and clearly nothing happened.

What should I do here? How much longer should I wait? I can't get a refund from aliexpress unless Cainiao provides me with official documentation but clearly Cainiao is refusing to do so and will just continue to tell me to wait more business days.
