Both tsh and t4 are slightly high.

I recently got a thyroid panel done for my mental health and the psy didnt mention anything about the results. On the 27 April : tsh 3.880 mIU/L. t4 24.7 pmol/L.

Then on the 25 june : tsh 5.150 mIU/L. t4 23.2 pmol/L.

I have noticed nausea, diarrhea and fatigue but everything else is normal.

Do i go see a doctor or will the levels go back to normal on their own?

Bpd without the relationship issues?

I dont experience the unstable relationship part of bpd. I dont have an fp or split on people. I dont get angry or jealous. But relationships are distant and uneasy for me. I dont emotionally invest in relationship because im scared of loss in any way. Like death for example. Im also prepare for relationships to end by separating myself emotionally from the relationship. This is especially for professional relationships e.g a social worker, therapist. Its always been this way. Way before my diagnosis. Relationships have always been temporary for me. Im always preparing for it to end.

So I dont relate to anger, splitting, fps, jealousy that manifest in bpd. So I often wonder if I have bpd even though my other symptoms match. I know they say 5 out of 9. But relationships seem to be a core part. Does anyone also feel this way?
