Going to MEPS for Medical

I’m enlisting in the Army (Active Duty) and I’m going to MEPS this Tuesday for medical and I wear prescription glasses but I haven’t had an exam in 4 years and do not know my prescription. Will I need to bring my prescription paperwork to MEPS? Do I need to take an eye exam before I go to MEPS?
