Hearing fireworks almost every single night for weeks

I’m about at my wits end because someone in Stowe has been setting off fireworks nearly every single night for weeks now. It doesn’t matter if it’s a weeknight, it doesn’t matter how late it is. Fireworks. Sometimes I see them, sometimes I don’t, but I hear them at all hours. Sometimes they set off just one or two, sometimes several. It’s driving me insane and I need to know if anyone else in Stowe is bothered by this.

Spotted this little guy sitting on my monstera outside. What is it?

Apologies that my images aren’t the best but he was very small. Located in the outer Philadelphia area of PA.

Reputable Piercers in or around Pottstown?

Looking into getting a lip piercing and possibly more in the future and wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations for piercers in the area with good reputations, clean shops who really know what they’re doing. Fair prices are a bonus but I care way more about them being skilled and sanitary. Thanks!

[TOMT] [novel] YA historical fiction that takes place in ancient Japan

I’ve been trying for years to find a novel I read as a kid. I don’t remember the exact year I read it but I’ll guess it was 2011 or 2012.

Here’s all the details I can recall: the cover was blue and had a fox or wolf on it, and the title also had the word fox/wolf in it, it took place in Japan at the time of the samurai, don’t know the exact period, it was about an adolescent boy (can’t remember what his goal was but I’m pretty sure he had a mentor), it made mentions of Buddhism and described a character who wore eyeglasses despite them being new/unheard of technology, pretty sure it had scenes describing the samurai devastating a village

This is about all I can remember, and take each of those details with a grain of salt. The only thing I can guarantee is that the book title/cover had something to do with a fox or wolf, but more likely a fox I’d guess since that’s of more significance in Japanese culture.

I’ve searched all over Google including every keyword I could think of and could not find this exact book, so this subreddit is really my final hope.
