artDHD craft supplies swap
Hi friends!
Wanna:
Get rid of some of our collected art supplies
Get NEW SHINY FUN art supplies
Bring joy to someone else getting NEW SHINY art supplies.
We're doing a swap! We're each gonna make a small, moderately beginner-friendly craft kit using supplies you already have.
The kit would contain enough materials for someone to actually make at least one of the thing (not just an assortment from the depths of your junk drawer).
Along the lines of:
\- Everything needed to embroider said tiny mushroom
\- Supplies to make one pair of beaded earrings
\- Enough yarn + a crochet hook to make a small project
\- Materials for a little block-printing project
\- A mini watercolor activity
\- A tiny bookbinding project
\- Whatever weird art thing you got really into for six weeks
\>> Used, open, and leftover supplies are actively encouraged. That's the point. <<
We're assuming participants have normal household basics like scissors, pencils, tape, etc., but please include any specialty tools necessary to actually try the craft.
Instructions, a handwritten “here's what I did” note, or links/QR codes to tutorials are encouraged.
And if there’s something that would make this more accessible/easier/more fun, please include it in the form!
