ILP - Districts?

I just registered my gf and her sisters for an ILP for Itanagar and Kra Daadi districts for 14-days.

They will be staying at Palin in Kra Daadi, and going to drop off one of the sisters who's starting a government job.

Is an ILP with the above districts okay (on ground) or do we need to make another ILP with all the districts on-route? If this ILP will be okay, can they also travel around on the same ILP?

Got full refund (including convenience fee) for cancelled SpiceJet flight booked via Ixigo

Self explanatory title. SpiceJet cancelled GAU-DEL flight scheduled for May 9 evening (6:35PM, IIRC). I had booked the tickets via Ixigo and managed to get a full refund (including convenience fee).

Just be polite, professional, and stick to your (valid) arguments.
