How can I improve my bench form for comp?

Hello, I am 15 years old and been lifting for a little longer than a year now. Currently my best set was 275x5 (10/8/26) rpe10, and 315 rpe 9.5 for my 1rm (10/10/26); I hit this pr today but wouldn't be surprised if I could maybe get another rep or really close to. I'm currently 209 Bw and will compete in -198 class, or -181, and try to break the world record for highest bench for a 15 years old. I turn 16 on June 28th. I recently switched my foot position to flat and farther out rather than on my toes and my feet aligned with my glutes to make my butt less in the air. I still have problems keeping it down. any tips? I also want to note this angle of the 275x5 looks a lot worse than it is for how high my butt is going up.

Is this vader 4x12 cab worth upgrading too from my marshal mg412a?

Recently, I've picked up a peavey 6505 along with the marshal cab, after trading a schecter omen elite 8. I have gotten into alot of deathcore recently, and realized my cab just isn't suited for low tunings. It constantly has a harsh hissing noise and leaks into recordings. I was looking at either a matching 6505 cab, orange pp,412, or a mesa rectifier 4x12 cab. I came across a vader 4x12 in my area for 500 bucks. Is it worth getting the vader cab? I'm striving for a whitechapel tone, and whitechapel uses a 6505 and a vader cab. any thoughts?

How can i improve my physique?

I'm currently 210 pounds, 5,10 and 15 years old. i've been training for about 1 year now and I train with a powerlifting style, meaning heavier weights, for less reps. So strength training over hypotrophy. I started at 185 pounds 1 year ago and been trying to gain mass. what can i do to improve myself now?

Is my SBD/general progress in the gym good for a 15 year old? (11 month difference)

Back in august of 2025, I started working out again, training compound lifts and learning the correct forms. My starting point was around 185 pounds, with my bench being 95, squat being unknown, and my deadlift around 185. I am also 5,10. During those 11 months, with couple injuries and surgeries that delayed my progress, my bench is now 315 (with elbow wraps, 305 estimated without), squat being 405x3, or around 435 estimated (injuries and surgery affected my squat, with really 6 months of total squatting), and my deadlift around 405, again with my surgery affecting my total time of me practicing the lift. I am now around 205 pounds, and I look slightly leaner than i did at 185 pounds. My 40 yd time also went from 5.1 to 4.8 seconds. I am wondering if my progress is good for the time i've spend training. I do feel that my deadlift is lacking, and It randomly is strong one day, and then the next couple days later it's significantly weaker (like 40 pound difference) I also want to note I started at 14 years old.
