Is this my new norm??

for years suffered with an overactive thyroid which caused my heart to beat faster amongst other symptoms. Back in April just gone, I had radioiodine treatment to shrink the gland, all went well and I'm now on hormone replacements. I got a new smart watch (probably a wrong move for someone who suffers with anxiety) and noticed last week when I felt relaxed watching TV my resting heart rate would go down as low as 55.. naturally I googled this and says the norm is between 60-100.. has anyone else got a heart rate like this or should I phone the Dr for advice. I don't know if this is the new norm for me, because when I was over active my resting heart rate was usually over 70 and sometimes 80! It has felt alot nicer to have a calmer heart rate however I'm just a little worried it's too low..

Low resting heart rate?

It's sometimes dipped to 55 but I'd say between that and 62 is my resting. I am newly underactive thyroid (used to be over active) and just don't know if this is now too low? My resting heart rate over active would sometimes be up in the 80s. I'm waiting on blood test coming back, overall its been nice having a calmer heart rate but I just didn't know if this low was ok. When I get up and walk about or do things it goes higher obviously.

Lower resting heart rate?

Hello! I had RAI done in April for being over active. I'm now underactive and on levothyroxine (been on them about 5 weeks) and I got a new watch today, and noticed my resting heart rate can go as low as 59... Is this ok? It's went between 59-71, 59 being lowest. My resting heart rate while over active was typically alot higher so I'm a little freaked out 🤣 I do suffer from health anxiety so trying not to get into the loop of constantly checking my watch. My last blood test showed I had a T4 of 5.. I just had a blood test about a week ago so not had results yet.

Flare up

Hi, I had this year's ago and didn't have it again, although I do suffer from heartburn/indigestion frequently and have done for many years. It's also tolerable.

About 3 weeks ago I went to a friend's wedding where I ate quite rich foods, and a few glasses of wine. I could feel the pain high up starting and burping etc a few hours after. For the next two weeks I had awful nausea mostly in mornings, gagging, burping, bloating, burning/gnawing pain that comes and goes. It took about two weeks to settle to the extent I thought it was ok... Mistake lol! I ate McDonald's Friday and yesterday made spaghetti Bolognese for dinner. I'm now having the same symptoms and back to square one, I even brought the spaghetti Bolognese back up at 4am this morning I think it was obviously way too much for my stomach as it's still been recovering. I've been prescribed omeprezole which I will collect tomorrow. Any tips on relief and does this sound like gastritis? I'm currently back to eating really plain bland foods and trying my best for my stomach not to be empty as that's when I've noticed it becomes worse..

Flutters

I had flutters in the base of my throat/collar bone area last night for over an hour. Thats the only way to describe the sensation.. I had these about 7 months ago but on and off for about a week and Dr checked my pulse but didn't do much else but didn't seem worried. The flutters were so intense last night sometimes it took my breathe away! And it sort of came out of nowhere. I've been having upper back/shoulder and posture issues creating tension and burning pain which has been going into my collar bone area so not sure if it's muscular? My mind automatically goes to omg it must be my heart... So today I've spent all morning just waiting for the next episode 😩 anyone else had this?
