Most calm and peaceful day in Ulthuan.

Most calm and peaceful day in Ulthuan.

God help me, what is this. This happens every time I play a High Elf faction that doesn't start in Ulthuan/my legendary lord isn't there to protect everyone from the start.

Tyrion can you lock the fuck in please 😭

Hi all, I'm new to Total War and somewhat familiar with Warhammer (more with 40k). Youtube has had me on a video suggestion spiral of Warhammer 3 videos from content creators and it looks pretty cool, I like strategy games with different factions, abilities, and playstyles. I've played a lot of Civilization and Sins of a Solar Empire for an example, which has some similarities to Warhammer 3 from what I've seen in the YT videos.

I don't currently own any Total War games so hence the question about buying it. On Warhammer 3's Steam page, I noticed there's... a lot of pricey DLC, totaling >$400 lol, aside from the actual game. But then I noticed the first few are labelled Warhammer 3, then Warhammer 2, then Warhammer. Does that mean if I'm only intending on buying Warhammer 3, I only need those first couple of DLCs?

I ask because looking at the DLC labelled for Warhammer II and Warhammer, I recognized some of the factions/characters I saw in the Warhammer 3 YT videos, like Settra from the Tomb Kings and Orion from the Wood Elves. So now it got me wondering; would I need all of them as DLC or not? That would drastically change the final price tag here 😅.

Thanks in advance.
