[Stonewalkers] Pursuit rules unclear, chapter 2

I'm looking at the "Weeper's Eyes" encounter, and have some questions regarding the mechanics of pursiut endeavors.

If I have multiple PCs chasing the spy, do they each have a separate distance to track? Or do I assume the party chases him as one unit?

For each "round" of pursuit, does each character get one skill check?

Does that include the spy in that case?

And is this true for both opposed checks (which the rules recommend) and normal checks?

So, assuming the party moves as one and each character gets one check per round, it would play out like this:

Round1:

PC1: "I run as fast as I can!" - Athletics vs athletics(?)

PC2: "Me too!"- athletics again.

PC3: "I'll cut him off by going around!" - Deduction vs Stealth (maybe?)

PC4: "I'm calling for the crowd to stop him" - Leadership vs Persuation

Spy: Weave through the crowd. Agility vs perception (of the PC with the highest maybe?)

Round2:

etc...

?

So potentially +4 successes for the PCs, and one for the spy? This seems to skew the odds heavily in the PCs favor, but maybe that is intended?

Or are opposed checks meant to give one success to whomever wins it, either the spy or the PCs?

Odium in Stonewalkers

I'm prepping to run Stonewalkers and ran into the following problem.

Initially, the PCs should have no idea who Odium is, right? Anyone Vorin should just consider the almighty the one and only God. A singer might know, I suppose. Lorewise, Odium only makes himself known after the everstorm, and even then I'm not sure how public that knowledge is or how it spreads to the PCs.

Taln mentions Odium in passing once in the first encounter. And then there's nothing until mid campaign when Odium's name is dropped in conversions like it was common knowledge. Or did I miss something?

How did you handle this in your campaigns? Did you introduce a lore dump from some NPC or drop feed the information somehow, or just let Odium's identity be unknown? How did it play out?

Powering up old A500

I have an old Amiga 500 and monitor that's been in storage since 1994. I'm thinking of trying to bring it back to life. Anything I should do or be mindful of before connecting it and turning it on?

I've never done any soldering or other maintenance on retro hardware.
