Position: E-Commerce & Ads Manager
Location: Muntinlupa (In-person; must reliably commute or relocate)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 35,000.00 per month
Role Objective
Finn Cotton is seeking a data-driven professional to take full ownership of their online sales growth. This role focuses heavily on creating and scaling digital ad campaigns, managing ad budgets, and optimizing the company's Shopify store and email funnels to maximize ROI and hit performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to meet strict ROAS and CPA KPIs.
E-Commerce & Funnel Optimization: Manage the Shopify store for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and build automated email marketing sequences (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart).
Data & Analytics: Set up tracking (Pixel, GA4, Shopify Analytics), conduct A/B testing, and manage audience segmentation and retargeting.
Budget Management: Efficiently control ad spend across channels to maximize returns while scaling budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: * At least 2 years of proven experience in paid advertising and e-commerce management.
META Ads: 2 years (Required).
Google Ad Manager: 2 years (Preferred).
Shopify: 1 year (Preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Expertise in performance marketing, CRO, email automation (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and strategic growth planning.

I still can't believe it, after delay sa pag graduate ko bumagsak ako way back in college and then i stop for 1 year and im planning na di na mag aral pero tinuloy ko after a year inabutan ako ng k-12 first batch sa college meaning uulitin ko ung subjects with few subjects ang na credit i graduated in the year 2022 at age 25, im thinking that im super late in my career na ahead na ung iba sa age and ito siguro ung crowning moment ko.
