I recently bought the Honda Amaze ZX CVT which comes with ADAS Level 2. I want to know from Amaze 3rd generation owners what is the best place to stick the Fast tag sticker? Should it be under the camera or on the right or left on the windshield ?
The buying journey was more interesting than I expected. I actually had to cancel my first booking to get a better deal.
I initially started looking for cars in the ₹17–18 lakh range. But with the current uncertainty around petrol vs EV vs hybrid, I decided it made more sense to stay under budget and invest the savings elsewhere. That's how I ended up choosing the Amaze.
I first took a test drive in my hometown, Aligarh, but I wanted a Noida (UP16) registration, so I booked the car with a Honda dealer in Noida. After negotiating between two Noida dealerships, I finalized a deal for ₹11.3 lakh.
Three days after booking, I got a call from the Aligarh dealership. Once they learned I had already booked elsewhere, they came back with a much better offer: ₹11 lakh on-road, including ₹38,000 worth of accessories. They also agreed to arrange a UP16 registration, so I cancelled my Noida booking and bought the car from Aligarh instead.
This is actually my second Honda Amaze. I currently own a second hand 1st-generation Amaze V MT, which I've driven 70,000+ km over the last 3.5 years. It was our family's first car, so we drove it everywhere. These days our annual running is only around 8,000–10,000 km, so upgrading to another Amaze makes more sense than spending significantly more on a larger car.
For around ₹11 lakh, I genuinely feel the ZX CVT offers features and overall value that are hard to beat.
What do you think about the deal? Would you have made the same decision, or would you have stretched the budget for a different car? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
I booked my Honda Amaze ZX CVT (Black) after doing back-and-forth with three dealers in Noida. Finally booked in my hometown Aligarh UP.
I got the accessories worth 36k as well and got the final dear of 11Lacks. What do you guys think, is a good deal ? Added accessories and booking photos attached.
