The kid lost his mom long ago, watched his dad get killed by the Shrieker, and witnessed Geralt slaughter his goats in front of him.

The kid’s gonna need more than Axii to unscramble those brains.

Apparently in the latest patch (2022) this was added in and I cannot, for the life of me, find how to open that door.

Please help.
