What makeup style would suit me

I’m really struggling to find the right technics that would look best on me
First pic is my bare face
I mostly put concealer to hide my darck circle ( even tho they’re pretty so I can’t hide the shadow) then some blush (in the last pic ) then eyeliner some brown eyeshadow under and over the eye and some glitters on the corner then some mascara
Idk what I caChange or add to enhance my feature
People often tell me that I look like I have no make up on even we I feel like I have a lot !
Also I never know what colors to wear do I have warm undertones olive skin ? What colors of eyeshadow to use because I often feel like it makes me look dull
I want to feel extra pretty with makeup but most of the time it just looks off when I try to put more so I’m a bit lost
