Can someone please explain these

I’m American and I just started learning Russian. I don’t exactly have a reason the only one I could think of is that learning languages has always intrigued me and Russian piques my interest. Currently in the “learning the alphabet phase” and the N with the squiggle has been stumping me. I feel like I’ve seen 5 different explanations and they are all drastically different. I know that the normal N make the “ee” sound like in “bee” but I can’t nail down this one. Can anyone help???

How can you play a wizard and get around long resting all the time?

I try to stray away from my usual barb cleric fighter warlock. But that lineup is just perfect honestly. I really really hate long resting. I feel like it make the game move without me and I don’t like it. But I want to branch out. Is there a way you could play wizard or sorcerer and not have to long resting every 2 seconds?

Why do I constantly get waves of sadness

I’ll be doing fine playing a game or something and not really caring. And then randomly all the sudden I can’t stop thinking about everything wrong with me and how I have no friends and no girlfriend and no job and no life or anything. I feel like such a waste of space so much. I don’t want to end it but I’m afraid if this keeps going I’ll get there. I can’t stick to anything at all I have no discipline or motivation. I’m literally not good at anything and I feel like no matter how much I try I never truly improve. So what can I do? Be a burden to society?
