One Hair Stop India

So disappointed with 1 Hair Stop India.
My mum has a thinning hairline, so I ordered clip-in extensions for her as a surprise gift for around $240.
Unfortunately, when she tried them on, we realized that the clip-ins were not suitable because she has very little hair at the front for the clips to attach to. I then contacted customer service to ask about their return policy, explaining that I would happily order a different product without clips instead.
Their response was simply: “No returns.” That was it.
I find this very disappointing, especially considering the price. I understand that some companies have strict return policies, but I expected at least some flexibility or a willingness to help a customer exchange the product for a more suitable option. Good customer service should involve trying to find a solution, particularly for such an expensive purchase.
Sadly, this experience has left me very disappointed.
