DeFlock event at the Joplin Library

Anyone else planning on going to this? Sounds like there are going to be a couple of demos, explanations of vulnerabilities, and a Q&A. Should be interesting.

Flock needs to go away.

Starts at 3p today (August 16th).

Just went to the Bob Dylan Center in Tulsa, OK.

If you are ever in the Tulsa area, I highly recommend checking it out. My wife and I spent 2 hours there, and probably could have spent 2 more. So much information, history, inspiration... And it was only $15 per ticket. They also have a Woody Guthrie Center next door, but we decided to wait until the next time we are in the area to check it out. We have dinner plans, and wouldn't have had enough time to really soak it in.

Smoked leg of lamb

Did a leg of lamb on the offset yesterday. Used a combination of oak, hickory, pecan, and cherry splits. Ran about 275, put it in a covered pan with some beef tallow and garlic cloves when it hit 165. It probed tender at around 204... Let it rest and then shredded it for gyros. It was freaking delicious. I've slept on lamb for far too long. This was my second one, and I'll definitely be keeping it in the rotation.

I recently purchased a Cheap Yellow Display (CYD) which is a small development board based on ESP32. I flashed it with the Halehound firmware, which includes 'Flock You', which is supposed to detect flock cameras. I started monitoring, and drove by two flock cameras, but didn't get any detections. It tries to start GPS when you open the utility, and I have a GPS module on the way, but I figured it would at least be able to detect without it, and that the module was just for mapping purposes. I'll give it another shot once it arrives.

I was mainly curious if anyone has successfully used a CYD to detect flock cameras...
