Title: 🇮🇳 XP-Pen India Customer Service & Warranty in Delhi — Good or Bad? Planning to Buy, Need Honest Reviews!

Hey everyone!

I’m planning to buy an XP-Pen product, but before making a decision, I want to know about your experiences with XP-Pen’s customer service and warranty support in India, especially in Delhi.
The products I’m currently considering are:

XP-Pen Deco LW
XP-Pen Deco Pro LW (2nd Gen)
XP-Pen Artist 12 (3rd Gen)

I’m particularly concerned about what happens if a product arrives defective or develops a problem later.
Is XP-Pen India’s customer support responsive and helpful?

Do they provide proper warranty service and replacements for defective products?

Are there any authorised service centres in Delhi where products can actually be repaired?

If I buy from Amazon through a seller other than XP-Pen India itself, will I still receive warranty support?
Have you personally had any good or bad experiences with their after-sales service?

I’d really appreciate honest feedback from people who have actually purchased XP-Pen products in India.
Please share both positive and negative experiences.
I’m interested in knowing how their service works in real life, not just what their official warranty policy says.
Customer support is an important factor in my decision, especially since getting a product repaired or replaced can be difficult depending on where you live.

Disappointing Huion Canvas Pro 13 and Customer Support

I recently bought a Huion Canvas Pro 13, but unfortunately, the product was defective, with continuous green flickering on the screen.
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Huion support for over nine days, but my concern remains unresolved. Initially, they mentioned holidays, but even after the holidays ended, I haven’t received a proper response.
Honestly, it’s frustrating to spend money on a new product and then struggle to get help from customer support. I expected better service from Huion, but this experience has been disappointing.
The product is still packed, and I haven’t been able to use it properly.
I don’t think I’ll consider buying from Huion again. Future buyers should keep the customer support experience in mind before making a purchase.
I think it’s worth spending little more money and get a xp pen or wacom.
