Question for Employees About Tea

Ate at Panda Express today, which was really tasty, but the unsweetened tea container was empty. Asked an employee about it, hoping they would fill the container, and was informed they only had sweetened tea. I asked if there was a tea container behind the counter for drive-thru orders as many other fast food places have, and was told no. Is that so? No other tea containers but what's in the dining area? Also, what is the protocol for when tea runs out? No one makes more tea that day? I drink unsweetened tea instead of sugary drinks (can't have artificial sweeteners) and would have ordered bottled water had I known there was no tea. Thanks.

Deceptive, but Why?

My husband and I have moved to a new city and are selling our former home "as is". Earlier today, a woman called requesting a showing this afternoon. When she showed up, she had her adult son, daughter, and daughter's fiance' with her. The son was introduced as the potential buyer. We were told he had been approved for a loan and told where he worked, and he even mentioned where he attends church. The mother and son were very thorough in looking over the house and asked a lot of questions about the plumbing and new flooring. Something seemed "off" with the viewing, though, and when we returned home I googled both names (mother and son). Turns out, they're both real estate agents for the same company, so the son lied about where he was employed and the mother never mentioned that she is a realtor too.

My question is why would agents misrepresent themselves to view a home? We are truly curious. Thank you.

Need advice, please

We recently moved into a new home and our next door neighbor allows their dogs to use our yard...front, back, and sides...as a bathroom. We've asked them to stop, but that went in one ear and out the other. Their excuse is that the dogs did it before our house was built, so they're used to it now. Hello? There's a house here now and people who don't want to walk out to dog poop all over, especially when we have no pets ourselves. Why would they think we'd be okay with this when they don't allow their dogs to poop in THEIR yard?? At first it was only the front and side yards, but since we said something to them, it's the backyard too. Now, they're letting their dogs go on our patio. I've had several plants knocked over and dug into, with dirt all over. We even have them on our outdoor cameras, in our yard, just watching the dogs on our patio or pooping in our yard. We really don't want trouble with them or to make enemies, but we are sick and tired of this. Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks! P S We don't have a fence and don't intend to put one up as we have no need for one. The neighbor wanted us to put up a fence so they could piggyback off it. We explained we don't want a fence. I now think the backyard and patio "visits" by both the dogs and neighbors are retribution for not wanting a fence.

Spiders Everywhere

My husband and I moved into a new build six weeks ago and have been overrun with spiders since then, they're everywhere and more than one type. I have been vacuuming like crazy but they come right back, sometimes just minutes later. I sprayed several times with a peppermint oil mixture and that seemed to help some, but was short-lived. I've also put glue traps all over. I'm at my wits end, but my husband refuses to have an exterminator come for something he says is temporary. His thinking is that the spiders set up house when our home was being built and will die off. Thing is, we had a termite swarm last month and now I'm wondering if that's what they're feeding on as I've read that spiders hang around where there's food. I've also seen sugar ants and black ants inside, but not many, as well as maybe four small German roaches. Help! I don't know what else to do! Thanks in advance for reading this and any input.

Overcharged?

My husband and I went to Subway yesterday and I ordered the meatball sub of the day. I usually get it on white Italian bread, but this time wanted to try it on flatbread. I also ordered a bottled water. My husband ordered a footlong meatball sub combo meal. This is what we were charged:

1 - small fountain 20 oz $2.39

1 - SOTD Meatball Mon $7.99

1 - 12" meatball marinara sub MOTD meatball mon

1 - MOTD meatball Mon $7.59

6" meatball marinara flatbd

bottled water

chips

Sub Total $17.97

Sales Tax $1.85

Total (eat in) $19.03

Tips $1.98

Total (with tips) $21.81

Credit Card

======

I thought the Meal of the Day was supposed to be $4.99 because that's what it's been every other Monday we go. Can I not get a different bread with the MOTD? Is that why I was charged more?

EDIT: I was asking about being overcharged for the one 6" meatball MOTD sub, which I ordered on flatbread for the first time. Shouldn't it have been $4.99? Thanks.

Flare Progression

I'm on day three of a bad flare and am wondering how everyone else's flares progress. Mine started with sudden lower abdominal pain, chills, weakness, and a 100.9 temperature on Wednesday night. The abdominal pain then shifted more to the left, which is when I knew what was going on as past mild flares usually always started with left abdominal pain. It wasn't as bad yesterday, but still hurting (aching, really) and still occasional elevated temperature (I was taking acetaminophen by then). Today, I started the day with diarrhea and lot of gas (sorry). The gas continues, along with a lot of gurgling. The pain is still there, but more like soreness now. I ate soft, bland foods yesterday, but switched to a liquid diet today because of the diarrhea. Not sure what tomorrow will bring, which is why I am asking for info on your progressions. This is only the second really bad flare I've had, the first being when I was diagnosed years back. Every other flare has been mild to moderate and none of these other symptoms. Thanks.
