Haven't seen anyone using this sunscreen. But my dermatologist prescribed it. Are there other better sunscreen than this?

So, I ordered morr 60ml minoxidil from clinikally. But after unpackaging it the bottle weighed so much lighter. After checking the bottle with my mobile flash I found out that bottle was literally half filled.

Is the bottle really meant to be half filled? Is the half filled bottle of morr 60ml minoxidil authentically 60ml?
