I've been a customer even before syncler and purchasing S+ has become difficult.
My S+ expired, I tried every single reseller and no one accepts cc, PayPal, Amazon payments, etc. I'm in the United States. Don't have crypto.
Very frustrating.

I have been upgrading my switches and outlets.
This blue box was installed by my contractor 3 years ago when we renovated our kitchen and the original switches needed to be moved about 12 inches.
The current switch being replaced has the black wire connected to hot and white wire connected to 1 pole.
The new smart dimmer has hot, white and load.
The other wires that are capped off in the box I am assuming are for the second switch which is not being used.
I tried connecting the white wire to white on the dimmer. Powers up but the lights do not turn on.
Is it safe to attached the white wire to load?
I don't want to damage the dimmer so I thought I should ask first.
