How can you ever trust anyone again?

Just found out my (30F) boyfriend of 10+ years has been cheating on me with multiple women including sex workers and escorts. It was just such a shock to my system. He acted kind to me and my family and friends and deep down he was this monster in secrecy. I forced him to tell the truth in front of his closest family members. He deserves the shame. Luckily we never got married or had kids and I found out right before we signed a new lease. I’m moving out ASAP. I’ll be getting an STD panel this week and I’m just terrified.

Most of this was a vent to not stew in my thoughts by myself at night.. but I guess my question to the group is:

If you’ve ever been in a position like this.. How do you ever begin to trust men/women anymore to have another relationship? I feel like I will be forever paranoid. I feel so dumb I didn’t find out earlier and regret wasting my 20’s with him. I know part of this is a blessing in disguise that I found out now, but god it hurts so badly. Thank you for reading.

Question about target reps and auto generated suggestions

Why is it saying the target is 2-4 reps and then suggesting 25 reps??

Negotiating offer

Hi! Would appreciate any thoughts/negotiation targets on this offer letter. This would be my first attending job.

SoCal desirable VHCOL (do not want to move d/t family/aging parents)

Private Practice, w/ local hospital system helping fund guarantee. Building panel, although it seems like they already have a bit of a backlog of patients

36 patient facing hours for 1.0 FTE

15/30 minute visits

Year 1 275k base plus productivity $45/rvu after 5500 rvus

Year 2 285k base plus productivity $45/rvu after 5700 rvus

after 2 years, to discuss compensation and/or shareholdership/owner

Sign-on 5k, pay back if leave before 1 year

PTO + CME: 25 days; $3500 CME

No call or hospital

Expect a bit less than 20 PPD

------

Goals for negotiation I have thought of thus far:

32 patient facing hours

increase wRVU rate to $50/rvu

30 days PTO

increase sign on bonus?

reduce threshold because i'm ramping?

Also, am I supposed to hire a contract attorney now or after I sign the non-binding offer letter and see the actual contract?

Would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions. Thank you all.
