My account was hacked, but Ubisoft is supporting the hacker
Hello, my account was hacked a month and a half ago. Fortunately, I can still log in via Steam, but my email isn’t verified, and I want to change it. However, I can’t change my email at all because the system says I’ve already changed it recently.
I wrote to Ubisoft support via email, but they brushed me off, saying I didn’t have access to my email—even though they hadn’t even checked that I was writing from my own email address, which was previously linked to Ubisoft. The situation couldn’t have been any worse. They replied, “Since you don’t have access to your email, we can’t return the account to you.”
Even though I pointed out their mistake and showed them the receipts proving I purchased the game, they haven’t responded to me again and aren’t replying to the emails I’ve sent.
