LV Complaint Incheon Airport
I had a very bad experience in the Incheon airport store. I’ve sent emails to both the LV US and Korea but no response. Anyone know how to escalate higher?

Does anyone know how to fix this?
The leather seems to have gotten out of shape while being stored. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
