Anyone else feel like you actually have brain inflammation?

I haven’t taken allegra for about a week (i usually take it daily, for the last 3 years).

Woke up this morning with a familiar headache that felt like i genuinely had an inflamed brain, particularly the top back and left side of my brain. I don’t know why there and why it felt like that but yeah… Anyone else feel this? I took advil and it helps at least

Songs that feel like sinking below the surface of the water as the sun shines

I wish I could post pics here but what i’m talking about is a song where it feels like you’re sinking, looking up towards the surface of the water and see the sun shining through in ripples as that sight slowly is fading.

My best examples are absolutely peak but:
The beginning instrumental of Wish you were here by pink floyd

The “guitar fill” or “transition” instrumental in Run by snow patrol. Tbh maybe the entire ending of this song

IJW: Spider-man Brand New Day [2026]

This was the first movie I ever saw alone. I had no idea what to expect of that experience.. and from the movie in general.

Without spoiling, the movie hits. I think it especially hit hard for me because of the place i’m at mentally, and seeing it alone. I prob will avoid seeing another movie alone, I want to let this Spider-man movie have that special place in my heart. I think it was the perfect movie to see alone tbh.
