So I was wondering porn is bad i know that and masterbating while watching porn that shit is worse but I was wondering having SEX with a partner is that bad too? Like when I masterbate and have sex i do cum so aren't they the same? I'm also a gym freak and I've seen some post that masterbating causes muscle loss so that means sex also causes muscle lose?
