No way to confirm if invoice is a scam

I received a four page invoice for "customs duty" by USPS mail which is somewhat comical if it is not a scam. I do not use a FedEx account and the phone tree will not allow me to proceed without an account number. i can't verify the bill because they have no email address bc no account. The website is seemingly designed to prevent all communication. Can I go to a FedEx office with this invoice or any other idea how to contact them to verify it?

reporting retirement

I went to open a HYSA and they wanted me to provide my occupation, or retired. I'm somewhat reluctant to do so, wondering where else that information will end up. Has anyone provided that they were retired on an account and regrets it?

Because of the shutdown last fall, and me retiring in October 2025 my interim check in January 2026 deducted my FEHB premiums that were not deducted in 2025. Are those premiums deductible in 2026?

If I was paid a performance award in March 2026 and taxes and social security and medicare were taken out, does that qualify as earned income for 2026 that would allow me to contribute to my IRA even though I retired in 2025?
