I completed the 250 challenge — now how do I get the reward?

Do I have to wait for it to be over? I don’t see anyway to claim my coupon at the Whoop store. I’ve been wanting a new band. I was going to buy it out right but I liked taking part in this challenge. Looking forward to the next one!

Triz, B12, and NAD+ in the same vial?

Anyone have experience with a triz and NAD combo in the same vial?

Despite me having tons of GLP in the freezer, my fiance wanted to start with a subscription service to get a feel for it. She was only expecting triz, but they sent one vial containing a compound of 17mg triz, 5mg b12, and 5mg NAD+

Seems like a lot for someone who hasn’t tried any any of these substances to jump into all 3, no?

CYA issues - just too many pucks?

I’m taking care of my family’s pool - my dad, the guy who kept it all running while maintaining everything else in life and did it all so well, is no longer here.

Towards the end, the pool slipped out of his grasp a bit and he struggled with CYA. We couldn’t figure it out. Every year the pool for 4-5 years the pool would get cloudy and green and would need to be drained multiple times.

Now that I am learning I believe he was simply just using too many chlorine tabs with CYA. If I remember right, he suggested adding a handful or so (5-6) and replacing when they were gone. The pool is 32,000 gallons. This year I have been using shock to keep the chlorine up and I’m not having any CYA issues. My neighbor suggested this would be expensive overtime and could bleach my liner. I’ve been avoiding chlorine tabs but that’s exactly what he suggested.

The idea of using the tab seems easy and convenient but I fear introducing CYA.

What should I do? Get CYA free tabs, continue with shock, or get a jug of hypo from the local hardware store?

Options for drop in pool stairs for in-ground pool?

I have an in-ground pool and two golden retrievers along with the standard, old school, metal style ladder to get out of the pool. Of course this ladder isn’t made for the dogs to get in and out and I just want them to have a way to get out if they fall in.

I’m looking for options for drop in fiberglass or confer pool stairs. Can anyone recommend some good options? I have of course googled but get tons of options.
