Lazy Susan wobbles

The bottom shelf on my lazy Susan is wobbly and has been for years. The bolt to tighten the bottom shelf appears to have broken off at the top so I can't tighten it out replace it.

Additionally, when I looked under the shelf there was a pile of metal shavings (that I vacuumed up). It appears there is a screw sticking up from the bottom of the cabinet that is slowly shaving the metal shelf base as it turns. See photos.

How can I remove the broken pieces? Can I replace parts or will I just need to replace the entire thing?

Thanks in advance!

Barbed fitting keeps popping off, how do I fix it?

I'm switching a zone in my yard to drip irrigation so I've capped off several sprinkler heads. One of the sprinkler heads I've capped off had an elbow fitting with one side barbed and one side a screw connection that previously connected to the sprinkler head which I removed and put a cap on. When I tested it the barbed elbow and cap shot off. I tried adding a steel clamp around the barbed fitting after I put it back on but after a few minutes of testing that shot off too. I imagine it's because the hose is old? What should I do to fix it? I don't have a lot of experience working with irrigation, so I don't really know what my options are. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
