Confused about dosage and amount

So my doctor told me to start out at 2.5 mg, but I don't think that'll be enough. The doctor said that there is 50 units in the vile which should be 5 mg if I'm mathing right. Should I just take the whole thing? Based on my 2 seconds of research, I'm worried 2.5 mg won't be effective. I definitely know more than my doctor so it's not even worth asking. Also I'm worried about cost, so taking 5 mg should save me a good bit of money right?

After the 5 mg should I also take reta? and how do I take that? It came in a white powder. I think I'm supposed to snort it.

Constant new allergies 😔 tired of feeling alone.

I guess I'm hoping someone else out there has experienced something similar. I have been to so many doctors that I don't expect to find a solution.

I got sick in 2021, started feeling better one day then woke up covered in hives the next day. I have been diagnosed with chronic hives. 2 allegra a day keeps it 90% under control. But my main issue and the one that every doctor ignores, is that my throat will start to close when consuming something that I was fine with yesterday or the month before. It's not a full blown "I need to go to the hospital" tight. It does get tighter if I continue to consume it.

This used to only happen when I would get sick, but has ramped up in the last year.

Today I lost the ability to drink green tea 😔. Other things I can no longer consume are, oolong tea, trident strawberry lime gum, my clear lemonade protein powder (so good), blue moon beer, blue raspberry icee, and watermelon icee. There's plenty more, I just stopped keeping track because it makes me sad. The only thing I consumed daily was the protein powder.

Like I said I'm not expecting answers, but I'm tired of feeling so alone.

First relationship in years and idk what to think

So I've (29 F) been dating this bisexual woman (31 F). I know the bi stigma and tbh was on the same train, but alas I am weak. So the problem comes in with her being black and me being a white woman (the horror). Well last week I found out that both her therapist and best friend think that she is "dating me for the plot" and wasting her time with a white woman. The white part is apparently the worst part. They think she should be dating intentionally and finding her a "nice black man." But we have been dating extremely intentionally and took it really slow. If it were my friends and therapist I would tell them to fuck all they way off. She's said shes not taking them seriously, but I feel like I have her best friend and therapist against me. This is my first serious relationship in nearly 8 years so I'm hoping to get some opinions/outside thoughts.

Edit: we met and live far from our home states so none of her friends or family have met me.

Edit: I really appreciate all of your thoughtful responses! I'm struggling to properly reply, but just know that they are giving me a LOT to think about. If I had the award money they would be passed around like candy.
