Considering moving to the area

Hi, my family and I are considering moving to the area and want to know how it is to live out there. Idk how to really ask this but how is it for people of color? Is it a racist area? I appreciate your honesty and I hope this question doesn’t offend anyone.

More pancake mixes

Found these at a local save a lot store. 2nd photo is the batter from the bag in first photo. 3rd photo batter has more of a cornbread consistency. Both taste like corn the 2nd bag more than the 1st. So if you don’t mind that they’re good. I prefer the first bag though.
