2 stroke cylinder scoring

Scoring on 1993 rm250 cylinder. unsure if this is normal break in stuff or actually bad. Opened up was original scoring, passed fingernail test so I honed it out. And now I have the scoring shown in the camera. I had multiple heat cycles, rode it lightly, ran rich, used more oil, didn’t get hot, no air leaks (from what I know) and only got maybe an hour and a half on it. Pro X top end kit and wiseco needle bearing. definitely better than original 70psi compression, but I feel like it could be better maybe

RM250 carb problems

I got a 93 rm250 as a first bike and first project recently off my friend for dirt cheap. sat a couple months, with like almost year old premix. Fresh premix, new spark plug, and new ignition coil got it to start and stuff, but it’s kinda wonky on some things. Starting is a weird process, I do a few kicks fuel off, then like 2-5 kicks fuel off full throttle it’ll fire up. First time starting it idled but sounded crappy, now it doesn't idle but sounds pretty good. I know these are more than likely problems with carb or around it. it’s a 38mm Keihin pj with 45 pilot 172 main, recently cleaned out, air fuel screw sounds best 2-3 turns out from 0, idle screw all the way in doing nothing. From what I’ve been seeing, it’s either float needle and seat, floats, or pilot jet. But, I want to see from someone else who probably knows way more than me.
