How to get into shape
To put it simple, I have not joined yet but I’m very interested. However I’m worried about my physical shape. I can run and have decent endurance for cardio but my upper body strength is genuinely non existent. What exercises can I do to improve my upper body strength? I currently max out around 20-25 clean pushups and can hold a plank for a little over a minute, but after looking at the requirements online I’m cooked 😭
