absence review meeting anxiety
i had an absence review meeting a couple of months ago due to 2 separate sickness instances (both medical). i had to take a day off last week due to period pains, and have now got another review meeting. i’ve sorted all my ailments out now since (prescribed with meds etc) but am worried ill get a warning or the sack lol.
can i have some advice or reassurance? i work part time so my absence percentage is higher due to that :/ literally only had 3 days sick since i started in march.
