I feel like if Tributary is in debt, they shouldn't spawn money out of thin air.

French, HRE, Papacy, Crotia, ERE, Egypt and Persian Empire is my tributary.

Also greedy is just the worse trait ever, i will literally die of heart attack if i hire the best west nurse because i have rank 3 Faltering Heart lol.

Yes, i somehow squeezed out 2 more son at the age of 78...

The amount leeches on Grand Beast spawn locations made me look at the costs of lures i made so far.

Total lifetime sales: https://imgur.com/QlvQK2H https://imgur.com/zQAriL6 https://imgur.com/UTDj2S1

  • 3,882,477g Hide,
  • 654,653g Claw,
  • 778,242g Fin

Total: 5,315,372 gold

Total lifetime fishes expenses: https://imgur.com/X8u8l2P https://imgur.com/kx8sQ0D https://imgur.com/jXXwY73 https://imgur.com/hYCI9Rg

  • Arcane wyrmfish + lynxfish (Eversong Lure) 702,581g + 83,217g = 785,798g
  • Omnious Octopus (Voidstorm, doggy lure) 211,455g
  • Null Voidvish (Grand Beast) 472,913g

Total: 1,470,166

5,315,372 − 1,470,166 = 3,845,206 Profit

72.34% profit margin, profit 2.62x the cost of materials. Slightly higher if you count the other stuff that got skinned.

I have MANY MANY opportunity to NOT uses my lures, but i still put down my lure anyway. Yes, i put down the lures even if the Majestic Beast is literally infront of my eye.

I have been doing this since basically since i unlocked the grand beast lure on all my characters.

Starting season 3, or maybe even late season 2. I might start being a leech myself, depending on the market honestly.

Feel like the profit margin are getting thinner and thinner.

Not even 3 year into my Iranian Intermezzo run, the Caliph and most of his family dies when peasant revolt sieged the capital...

I have all Hegemony Title, quite a fun campaign.

"Sanctioned Loophole" is perhaps the most broken perk in the game.

You can push all claims with Chronicle Writing, and you can buy Hegemony title, as Hegemony.

not ironman, started as 0 year old, keeping it 400. In Duchy of Sjaelland, replacing Sigurd The Snake Eye. Basically spent the first 16 years just raiding. Sigurd has decent starting army.

I almost lost to Sweden but they're dumb and sailed to my capital, so they get wiped because of Disembark penalty (bruh).

Instead of conquest, i made everyone near me Tributary, and went raid the French coast and the English.

It took 2-3 retries to get Intrigue Lifestyle when i reach 3 year old, i got rank 3 when i became 16.

I forgot how much gold i had, but the moment i became Adventurer, i instantly start grinding contract and went to University in Sweden (it's a major Holy Site iirc), got my rank 4.

I grinded gold, lots of gold. But not as Freeboter, as Scholar. There's still criminal contract here and there, and i only take one type and make sure to not go over certain exp, so Wipe Slate will clean my record cleanly.

Even counting the gold cost for Wipe Slate, i still profit massively ;)

Honestly, this is stupid thing to do, i was planning to get Conqueror in 1 lifetime, but somewhere i decided to Hyberdize with Han culture, so i can steal their Innovation for Siege Engine. If i went all in with Freeboter i could've get bazilions more gold.

Anyway, when i start to notice my wife and concubine not producing me more children, and my youngest best heir is 16 year old, i Invaded a random Kingdom with Han culture in it and Hyberdize with it.

Trigger a Civil War and instantly surrender to get forcibly dethroned.

Instead of choosing my primary heir, i choose different Destiny and choose my Favorite Child (oh and ofc, i gifted him all my gold before then)

other than that, the rest is just standard CK 3 playthrough

That Greatest of Khan character is an absolute Machine.... but died from her ship Capsized, and lost a 1% role (there's ZERO danger btw when i checked, idk why that event pop up)

With Heroic Legends, you get "Legendary Adventurer" Casus Beli to start over somewhere.

on my return to Egypt the 2nd time, on my last character. There's actually several points of where i almost lost.

There's Eastern Roman Empire with triple my army size, i fought against them twice. It was loong war. My capital being near sea = Disembark debuff abuse

SOMEHOW, The Chakvartism all the way from India, decided to Great Purification (crusade) ME??? This is like 7 years war or something, my god it was an absolute slog.

And then, as i recuperate from that, Neo Coptic decided to also do Crusade against me. But this time it's not that long... only 5 years... yeah only.

I went from 50k gold, all the way to 3000... it was pretty scary. All those almost back to back.

If i don't have "Make a Killing" Norse Legacy, it would've been a game over.

Once my buildings and estate turn profit, it's time to strike back.

From that 2 crusade, i get a LOOOOOT of piety.

You know what mean right? Buy a lot of claim, and take over entire North Africa in 2-3 wars (Easter Roman - Wester Roman - Maghreb)

Took Syria and Arab in 1 war (all of them is controlled by Eastern Roman)

Before doing that, ofc i made sure i have "Evangelize Realm" ready to be used, and boom. No peasant Revolt from taking over those hug swath of lands.

My MAA set up is Kheisg, Retinue Horse Archers, and the rest is Tarkhans and Siege Engines.

In India being an Admin, instead of playing as my direct lineage, i swapped to the best available youngest house member... and he didnt have Way of Nomad and Golden Lineage, so no Horse Archers except that Retinue and Khesig xd

When you became Chakvarati and created India Hegemony, your faith unlock Great Holy Wars even if you have Dharmic Pacifism tenet

Legendary Adventure CB didn't give me the counties but still give me the Kingdom title, leaving me unlanded/adventurer with the Kingdom Title, the counties are given to my house members, for some reason..

I have doom guy as a knight or something

This is also on top of roughly 20 advantage i think, so that's 100% more damage in a forest.

I did not expect to win that those Huscarls are not stationed because i ran out of domain and the enemy have others MAA cut off by screenshot 800 horses, 200 bowmen and 200 spearmen

it was some split off army i left off sieging, and they came in from Fog of War!

Do CA 3 do not stop vassal from inheriting land outside of my realm and became independent? (i am king of Mann & Isle, and he inherited Germany)

As you can see King Fasti used to be my duke vassal in Uppland \@1020

He then inherited Germany, and i loses Uppland. \@1052

Is there no way to prevent this? I swear this never happen before.

I guess this is my first time spreading my dynasty all over europe, and the succession is an absolute mess.

Will going Administrative stopped this?

Republic of India Hagemony

And some theocracy, those are from court event. (I am currently in China, moved my capital to chang'an)

By making vassal kinda hate me, they refuses to pay taxes when i do grand tour, and i am able to revoke title slowly over time, my faith also have everything criminal so i got free revoke title through that too.

Though once i am quite powerful i ran out of patient, and just revoke title anyone that have 100% acceptance. At some point i had -300 Tyranny lmao. (Sending gift grant 210 opinion).

The annoying part though, some counties don't have City so i have to wait for it to be built

Some counties cannot have city at all, and i had to make sure the Guy i gave the title to do no cap on domain limit, because they'll give away that land, and it became feudal.

Quite few time it happen, so i had to absolute micro managed to make sure the duke (which has 1 additional domain limit) held the counties with non city in it.

Thanks to Dharmic Pacifism, they also have 1 extra domain limit. It's been ~5 years and seems it work fine, they don't give away county with no city to someone else.

Also fun fact: if you have Hagemony title, you can buy China Hagemony for 4000 piety with Sanctioned Loophole, and can push the claim without changing to celestial.

I didn't do it, and want to change China into feudal.

I do want to also make it into republic, but i swear to you, 90% of the counties here have Castle instead of cities... so yeah. full feudal and planting my dynasty on kingdom.

I am looking forward for next DLC where i can (hopefully) make everyone Republic/Theocracy without this weird workaround haha.

Parochialism + 5 City might not be a good idea, huh. -125% and most of Control Increases are NON +%. So i am basically soft locked my control... and ofc, i just did a reform on a tradition... oops.

can someone explain why banishing don't give me his gold? Is it because i abducted him and not imprison? he was my Court Chaplain, and technically not my courtier?
