what should I do
Walking my dog in my apartment complex and see this birdcage propped up with a bird inside. I don’t think this is normal so I made a ticket with my apartment. I don’t know if this is like a thing you do with birds but someone said it’s been here since yesterday. I want to get it but I’m scared it’s someone’s bird and don’t want be considered stealing
