I just lost 20kgs!
I hit a solid goal so I joined this sub to tell someone… it really does change your life. 40kgs down in total , I took a pause to build muscle, put on 20kgs and just dropped that again now in about 5 months. So now it’s build muscle as I tone. No gym, medication, side effects, or overly deliberate exercise (I have a 20kg barbell near my kitchen and I do pushups occasionally) . I just had bloods done at my new doctors and the first thing he asked was what medication I’d been taking to get my cholesterol so low. It was fasting. I have my vices and explained them to him and he basically said they’re well below the harmful level and to keep up whatever I’m doing lol. Next step is drop 5 more kgs and build a few kgs of muscle.
