This a thing here, and it comes off as very intentional arrogant, because theyll see me and not move, so i have to go into traffic. being a perfectly good sidewalk right there.

Hello, I saw an ebay payment on my account today. But I dont sell anything on ebay. My first thought is scam. I havent called my bank or ebay about this. Who would i call at ebay to address it?
