So I've been periodically asking ChatGPT about the liklyhood of Trian Fund Management pitching an offer to take Wendy's private and apparently, following the earnings report on Friday, Trian Fund Management is even more likely to try to buy-out Wendy's. ChatGPT highlights the dividend cut and continued reduction in expenses as an attractive discount for Trian Fund Management to acquire Wendy's soon as opposed to waiting for a complete turnaround and then paying twice as much. I just thought this was interesting and wanted to share with you all 😄👍
